Things to consider as you progress in secondary school:
Get involved by exploring your interests, joining clubs and teams, and participating in other extracurricular activities.
Get to know your teachers and build positive relationships with them. Make connections by reaching out to your guidance counsellor when you have questions or need assistance.
Talk to your class peers so you can support each other when/if you are absent from school.
Use your locker for your books, school supplies, back- pack and lunch. Keep your valuable items at home.
Use a planner to stay organized and keep track of your assignments and extracurricular activities.

Learning Resource Teachers in each school can help with the academic planning for students with special education needs.
